What is a "custom" pool?
Custom pools means we build the pool specific to your backyard space. We don’t offer pre-fabricated or base model pools. All the selections from plaster, to wall tile to decking is custom selected by you.
How much does a pool cost?
Because our pools are all custom designed to fit your backyard and needs specifically, there is not a base price for a pool. We do offer free estimates so you can get a full design and price without any obligations to buy.
How long does it take to build a pool?
Your build time will depend largely on the size of the project. It can take anywhere from 6-8 weeks to complete a pool from the markings to the finishing touches.
What does the construction process look like?

Do I need to get HOA approval?
Most neighborhoods have strict HOA guidelines on installing swimming pools. We are happy to work with you and help you secure the documents needed to submit an application for a pool with your HOA.
What types of swimming pools do you offer?
We can build any type of pool you desire! A sports pool, pools with a deep end, attached spas, or a leisure pool. You have the idea, we can make it come to life.
Do you offer financing?
We don’t offer in house financing for pools, but we do have several lenders who can help. Give us a call for a recommendation.
Is a deposit required before building?
Yes. A deposit of $1,000 will be collected at the time of contract signing. This deposit secures your start time for your project.
Will I pay the entire cost of the pool upfront?
No. We have a payment schedule for each step of the job. A typical payment schedule would be deposit, due at dig, due at gunite, options payment, due at deck, and the final check is due at plaster.
Will my utilities be disrupted during the build process?
Prior to digging we follow the guidelines of Texas811 to know where and what we are digging. We also contact a private locate company to mark any lines that may need to be moved during the building process. We do our best to ensure no utilities will be disrupted during the process.
Will you give me instructions on how to maintain my pool?
At the completion of the building process you will be provided with a “Pool School”. This is instruction to show you how to use and maintain your pool and equipment properly. We also offer weekly pool maintenance if you would prefer to have us do the labor.
What is "basic" lawn care?
Basic lawn care includes mowing the grass, edging the property, and weed eating and weeds left in the grass. We also blow any leaves or debris and then haul the clippings. No trash bags full of clippings are left on your property.
What is "full service" lawn care?
Full service lawn care is basic lawn care plus the addition of items like hand pulling weeds, trimming plants and shrubs, mulching, installing annual flowers, fertilizing, and applying chemical applications.
Can I select my own services?
Absolutely! We can build you a custom maintenance package that fits your needs and your budget. Select from our variety of services to build you own custom lawn care package. Contact us for your free estimate.
Will I have to dispose of clippings or debris?
No! We pride ourselves on being one of a few select companies that does not leave the clean up to you. You will never see a trash bag at the end of your driveway. We haul all clippings and debris away from your property.
Do you offer weekly or bi-weekly service?
We currently offer weekly service for all lawn care programs. During the winter months (November-March) we do switch to a bi-weekly program.
Do you visit on the same day each week?
Yes. You will have a scheduled day of the week for your service. Our crews will arrive at your property the same day of each week. However; we can’t always help mother nature. If it’s raining on the day of your service, or there is an act of nature we cannot control that causes us to cease service, we will arrive the following day if conditions allow. If we are unable to return, you will receive a rain day credit.
Do I pay weekly?
Our programs are billed on a monthly basis. This takes the hassle out of writing multiple checks and takes the worry out of remembering a payment each week.
What payment options do you offer?
We offer several payment options including check, credit card, debit card, or payment through our online system. We can also set you up on our auto billing program. Call for more details. We take all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
