I authorize Suncor Outdoors Lawn and Landscapes to withdrawl my monthly payment for lawn maintenance services from the account I have provided above on a monthly basis. I understand this authorization will remain in effect until I give verbal or written notification to terminate this service. If I wish to cancel the automatic payments and return to receiving a monthly invoice for services, I may do so at any time, given a 24 hour notice is made prior to the next withdraw date of my payment, by calling the office at (281) 895-2122.
